About the presenter:
Dr James Wong is a Medical Retina Ophthalmologist, a medical eye specialist focusing on disorders of the retina and macula. Dr Wong is a consultant in the Medical Retina Unit at Sydney Eye Hospital and a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney, regularly teaching medical students, ophthalmology trainees, optometrists and general practitioners.
Dr Wong is Medical Director of Strathfield Retina Clinic and Co-Director of Research at SRC Research. For over a decade, he has been a principal investigator on multiple international clinical trials for macular and retinal disorders including macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
