Being diagnosed with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) can be daunting which is why MDFA put together this resource pack. It contains resources specifically for those who have just received an AMD diagnosis and would like more information.
It includes our AMD booklet to help you understand the disease, plus fact sheets on nutrition and supplements for eye health, and questions you might want to ask your eye health professional. We’ve also included an Amsler grid so you can monitor your vision at home.
MDFA also has similar information packs if you are at risk of AMD or you are receiving treatment for AMD.
