Macula Menu: Mediterranean meals

Don’t smoke; get regular exercise; eat a healthy, well balanced diet.

These are simple steps that are good for general wellbeing as well as eye health.

But many of us struggle to incorporate enough fresh fruit and vegetables – particularly the dark green leafy vegetables so important for a healthy macula – into our everyday diet.
